Our personal training sessions are all 60 minutes long. We don’t believe any client should compromise results with modified 30-minute workouts – as we are all about results!
We look at your specific goals, so each personal training session is planned, prepared, and performed to compliment your 12-week custom designed program.
During our Personal Training sessions, we not only address your goals, but also any injuries or muscle imbalances, which may affect your movement patterns and/or everyday life.
