I had an 11mm herniated disk and was very close to having back surgery a couple of years ago. Through exercise I have managed to keep off the surgeons table! I am very aware that it is essential that every exercise I do needs to take into account my back. I also am very aware that my technique has to exactly right or risk my back. Andrew fully understands how important that is and adapts my exercises accordingly and makes sure my technique is correct.
