I came into my PT program with Andrew looking for energy, health and strength. I had little self- motivation, a lack of knowledge and poor health and diet. Andrew has encouraged me through physical training and has also introduced me to services (nutrition and therapeutic massage) to assist in my steady path to my goals. I am now full of energy and look forward to my chance to exercise and my complete PT challenges. Andrew is always encouraging and able to give advice.
